Dale R. Bailey, Bond Manager and Commercial Account Executive. Dale's responsibilities include commercial sales and service, marketing, rating, fidelity and surety bonds, and agency data processing. Janet Flores, Receptionist, Janet has been with Bob since March, 2007. Her main duty is to efficiently and pleasantly maintain the phone system and greet customers who visit our office.
